The host will be the person in charge to getting all the payments from the guests.
This email address will be the primary point of contact fir the group.
How many Guests will be joining us?

Requirements & Expectations:

  • The party must start at one of the available timeslots.
  • A minimum of 10 guests is required.
  • All guests must be at least 14 years old.
  • Please arrive for check-in 15 minutes prior to the party start time, as the party will begin no later than 15 minutes after the confirmed time. The party room will be available 15 minutes before the start time for set-up.
  • BYOB is allowed, but only wine or champagne. No heavy alcohol permitted.
  • If the party is more than 30 minutes late, it will be rescheduled to another date and time.

Deposit:

  • The host of the party can secure a reservation with a non-refundable credit card deposit of $200, which will go towards the final balance.
  • Once the party is confirmed, the final balance and headcount are due 14 days prior to the event to plan for the best experience for your group.
  • The total payment for all guests participating must be paid 14 days prior to the event. If the private party is not paid in full by this time, it will be canceled. We do not accept separate payments. The host is responsible for collecting money from their guests.
HOW IT WORKS

Gather your friends and come ready to unleash your inner artist! No previous experience is necessary, as our skilled instructor will guide you through the candle making process step-by-step. All materials will be provided, so all you need to bring is yourself and your creativity.
